Adopting the necessary measures regarding the introduction of professors and students seeking postgraduate education in the universities abroad to embassies in Germany and Hungary and doing and following up the affairs related to obtaining a student visa for these applicants.

Attempts to dispatch the professors and students of universities to scientific congresses and conferences related to gaining sabbatical and research missions 
5) * Attempting and explaining a long-term program to attract non-Iranian professors and students (Hungary and Germany) for collaboration and research opportunities with universities and continuation of study in Iran
